Really nice little hotel in good non-touristy location. Very nice rooms and bathrooms but small as per usual in Paris. No extra facilites such as bar, restaurant, no minibar. Excellent staff. We were moved from a noisy ground level room on request. Plentiful continental breakfast, nice breakfast room. ...

NIce hotel, via Metro close to man attractions. Coosy rooms, good breakfast. The only negative is that they charge you for the Wi-Fi, they want to have 12€ for 2hrs, thats rediculese, especially that there is a free Wi-Fi spot in the center of the boulevard 2-300m towards Le Bastille

A wonderful bargain; clean room, beautiful bathroom and very comfortable beds. Close to the metro line. Breakfast was great.

We have been at this hotel the second time now, it is a nice small hotel, nothing too professional with charme. Better to get a room to the back side of the building - less traffic noises. Easy to reach, easy to find nice places around and not too much tourist area.

This hotel is really well placed and relatively easy to get to, although the local Metro (Oberkampf) has many stairs which can be daunting when arriving in with suitcases as I found. The local area seems to have a lot of local amentities and good restaurants, although shopkeepers did mention to me to make sure my bags were sealed because pickpockets do work the area. The markets on Tuesday and Friday mornings were lovely, fresh food and really well priced. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy and neat and pretty small. The hotel overall is a little noisy so if you are a light sleeper perhaps its not ideal. Staff were helpful to a point and overall it was okay.

I had excellent experience with St Louis BAstille staff, location and my overall impression is great (probably cause wheather conditions:)
The only drawback was room looking to Bld Richard Lenoir, and first two nights didn't hear noise because of tiredness, and after that we had problem to fall asleep
