Small (smaller than the picture makes you believe), clean but not neat. Not a real problem. BUT the street is VERY noisy, wakes you up very early in the morning, if you're lucky to find 10 min.of quiet during the night to get asleep. This was during August which is supposed to be very quiet in Paris!
Otherwise, welcoming and reception very friendly.
