My only complaint was the lack of milk/cream supplied with our coffee making facilities on our arrival - after a five hour journey from the UK, due to exceptionally heavy Paris traffic - we had one carton in our room. When we requested more cream from room service, we were sent up four! Frankly, a dozen would have been more appropriate! Apart from this minor complaint, we have nothing but praise for your hotel and staff. And we would recomend your establishment to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
