When we checked in on 24.11.2005, we (12 persons) were kept waiting for more than an hour because they cannot locate our reservations in their system in spite of presenting your vouchers (that you have e-mailed to us). They claimed they called your European agent but they have no confirmation either. We then left our luggage at the hotel for dinner and on returning to the hotel at around midnight, we were then allocated our rooms. On the 25th, we went out but on returning after a day's outing, we ALL were locked out of our rooms. Our card keys all need to revalidated before we can open our doors.
