When we made a reservation we want to have a two rooms next to each other and with view to Eiffel Tower. We have nothing. In case of having a room with view. Maybe 12th floor you could only see the top of Tower. The hotel staff was terrible, they didn´t know nothing and they weren´t very kind.

We had booked a double room and what we got was a small twin room. When we asked about the double room the girl said that "a twin room is a double room" - staff training needs addressing if a twin and a double room are the same. After our second night for breakfast we had a cup of tea and a slice of toast - this cost €42.00 - is this a joke.
