Slightly noisy if you have a room on the main road. Because of the location on a main road, coach tour parties are catered far and this was a disadvantage as they were a bit noisy and tended to take over the breakfast room. If you were a little later for the breakfast (which unusually runs from 0630 - 1000) some of the items were out. Overall though, very clean, decent sized room, and extremely helpful and friendly staff....
