I was very annoyed and inconvenienced that I had to pay for an internet that does not allow me to use in my room. Instead, I was told that the internet was not stable on my floor (3rd) and I had to come downstairs to use in the common area.If you are asking customers to pay for the internet but cannot allow full service, what in the world are you thinking?I would suggest that you take any sort of action to remedy this ridiculous situation you have at this hotel and with Orange. I appreciate that it is still undergoing construction but you could at least give us customers a break on the inter...

The front desk personnel were excellent, helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was outstanding. My husband and I recommend this hotel to anyone who has a short stay in Paris and has time to see the city by train.
