We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 children (7&4). It was perfect; we had a family room that consisted of bunk beds for the children, which they found entertaining. The rooms were clean on arrival, we had breakfast included in price and there was so much to chose from, letting us fill ourselves up for the busy days in the parks! There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the parks, which run very often. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Lovely hotel and convenient to the Disney Park. Shuttle bus was provided from the hotel frequently every 20 minutes. This is the second visit to the hotel. The only problem is to check in is very slow as they were only 2 people at the reception to receive us on that New Year’s Eve. The breakfast was just okay.

Service from staff was excellent, on 2 occasions, we had to complain about things in our room but they were dealt and resolved within minutes. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and food was great. Tea/coffee facilities could be replaced by taking supplies from breakfast. Pool was cold and very small.

Room was dusty and at one day not even cleaned properly. Found it with a dirty towel on the bed and one of the beds was not even made up. Service in buffet restaurant for dinner was slow even though they only had to serve us drinks. Breakfast assortment not large but sufficient. Location was the best!!

I think that for a 4 star hotel, the standards are not met. The bathroom had hair and rest of dry soap, the furniture was out of date, the room wasn't that clean.i think they should change the rate to 2 or 3 star but definitely not a 4*. But overall we had a good stay, even if I think that it's a littlebit over priced, but it's Disney!!

Its the first time in my life i had to take care of my own bags when i arrived as they don't have this service. The room service menu was very poor and limited and the price was very expensive and more then a 5 stars hotel. the breakfast was included in the room but not lots of choice and the plates and cups were smelly which was discusting. also they have put a note that they are not responsible for their parking area and if anythng happens to the cars it will be the guest responsibility which is a gain unusual.other services were quick and the hotel was safe and full of families. it has a very nice view.
