We appreciated all of the help the reception desk provided us with. Our first room, #403, was disgusting and smelled awful. The hotel staff quickly made arrangements and moved us to a different room, which was fine. The first room we were given was horrible, but they were kind enough to provide us with another room that was nice. We really appreciated their help.We thank them for there hard work in helping us with the change of rooms. Good breakfast.We would recommend this hotel to other travelers. All of the staff worked hard to help us in anyway, and were always friendly....

The hotel is really not good. They said that they have a parking place. But the clients have to park in Raiway station. It costs Euro 23 pro day.

The Hotel is at a good location in terms of access to public transportation-train,bus,trams. The Hotel staff is courteous and the lady at the front desk provides good information to tourists.
The rooms are very small with an even smaller toilet. The toilets though looked clean but the drains were choking and smelled. They were not cleaned even after reporting the issue at the front desk.
The breakfast for 5 Euros is minimalistic and could be improved for the price paid.
Over all OK for a short stay at a low budget. Though hotel is centrally located,the street did not look very safe for late nights. Toilet drainage system was choking.

The shower curtain was awful, the toilette had a hole in the wall full of dust and it's about time to change the blankets and the curtains. However, it was nice that the breakfast was included, though it wasn't very variable. The elevator was odd or perhaps oldish...
