Staff was beyond unprofessional. We were told to leave because they did not receive our booking info from Hotel Travel.com We were told they had no rooms. After much debate they looked into the matter and told us their had been a mistake and gave us a room. Absolutely terrible situation. We were told they were washing their hands of us because they did not have a room or a reservation for us... And then they found our reservation...

The rooms were way too small for what we paid. All of the staff were friendly except for the man working the night shift. He had an attitude problem. The best part of the hotel is its location. Its in the city center with the shops, train, bus, tram stations, and the beach at a walking distance. there was just a small lobby.
there were no entertainment facilities. there was no pool. right in the city center close to the shops, train, bus, tram and the beach.
