We visited Lille in HEATWAVE. The hotel has no Air Con or electric fans, even to hire. We "fried" in our rooms. The continental breakfast was OK but one morning there were few customers but the buffet ran out of plates and the staff seemed unconcerned. However they very obligingly put our Belgian beer and chocolates in their 'fridge for the duration of our stay.
