Satisfaction
Booking was for weekend and no hotel bus/transport was available. It was 2230 hrs and no airport taxi would take us to hotel as it was only about 1 km from airport. Hotel reception could not help. Finally Eoropcar manager drove us there. Hotel did drive us back to airport. No explanantion when checking in on how to operate aircon and took some time and much effort to get system working. Lights over bed were dangerously hot if touched and bath panel fell off! Breakfast service was good and staff efficient.
