Rated #4 for all Bordeaux hotels
Front desk staff very friendly, multilingual, keen to help, always able to offer advice and assistance. Restaurant staff more aloof and less courteous. Room was spacious and comfortable, but limited in-room facilities (free internet access was very unreliable and essentially of no value). Location is good for accessing city centre, but on main street with limited drop-off space if driving. All in all, an excellent boutique hotel with friendly and efficient atmosphere. I would stay there again. Clean, spacious and comfortable but with limited facilities.
Restaurant was high quality, breakfast...

Restaurant was high quality, breakfast menu a little limited, and service not fantastic compared to other parts of the hotel.
Front desk staff were excellent, very helpful and keen to assist, multilingual but also willing to tolerate poor French from my side, without making one feel stupid. Restaurant staff were less courteous or friendly. Menus excellent, not cheap, and waiting staff not the most friendly.
Somehow not quite as I imagined, but certainly close to city centre. Drop off parking limited so would not be easy to stop and unload on arrival if driving.
Wonderful front desk staff. Can find answers to everything from restaurants to computer repair shops !
