Having read the reviews before we went, this hotel was what we expected. The decor was tired but very clean. It was in a lacklustre location as it was surrounded car showrooms and a car lot and alongside a railway, although we were not disturbed by any trains. The breakfast was adequate but don't go down late as the choice became very limited - especially the cooked and cheese selections! Service at the bar was hit and miss and had to wait for 20 minutes for my drink as I think they had run out and had to go to the shops to buy some more! The pool was nice though. The walk into town was do-able but the area was a bit run down but we (3 ladies) did not feel unsafe.

Service at the desk was normally very good. In one case very bad. The hotel is far away from the shops and the old city. Room was very clean. Uninterested personnel in the breakfast room. Terrible music!
