Question 2 has been marked 'poor' not because of the room or the facilities in the room, but due to noise levels - the road was extremely noisy and the music from the basement disco was very bad along with the noise of people as they left. This was made worse by not having control of room temperature which meant we needed the window open to cool the room, hence more noise. As this was a family booking (2 children) surely there was a quieter part of the hotel to locate us? Also, must complain about lack of 'family' rooms - we had to have two rooms because your standard room couldn't accommodate a normal 2.2 family.
Otherwise, the hotel and rooms were well equipped, staff very helpful, restaurant facilities good and as a family felt secure within your complex.
