I had pleasant stay, however I had few problems: the heating in my room did not work and the mini-bar wasn't changed though there were already consumed bottles inside from previous stayers in my room and I told the situation to the reception several times. Other than these problems, I enjoyed my stay, Jyvaskyla is very beautifull:)...
