Very good practical size of the room and bathroom. very good room service.
the buisiness centre is not accomodating but one at a time. almost in the centre of Helsinki near all transportation means. All means of transportations are near the hotel. very good place for breakfast ,, well organized and varieties of food types provided. nice location and service.

The location of the hotel is nice. Next to it is a shopping arcade with good food outlets. Taxis are readily available. Bus stop is just oppsite. Staff is excellent. I would say it was good value for money. The number of internet PC at lobby may be increased. I could see only one.

Overall, this is a well positioned hotel. The rooms were of a decent size and the staff were very good. The only down side that I found was the bar that was outside the hotel (Aussie Bar) that had a fair amount of loud music playing until 1-2am. We were on the 8th floor and could still hear it, but I dread to think what it would be like on lower floors. That would be my only complaint. Other than that, the hotel in a good spot for food, close to the train station and has copious amounts of shopping nearby - which could be a good or a bad thing?

Bathrooms are tiny, particularly the bath tap, would prefer shower cabin. Breakfast is sumptuous (can skip the lunch afterwards). Parking below in the garage is utmost expensive, EUR29/nite, half of summer holiday room rate. Location is excellent in downtown Helsinki.
