The help at the front desk was inconsistent, sometimes indifferent and unwilling to answer questions or to provide information and at other times very friendly and helpful. Minimal printed information on Helsinki was available, just a small map. Location is great, away from the noise and traffic of downtown, but still close enough to walk or take the tram. Breakfast was excellent....

Location was good, room size with extra bed a bit limited, however, we appreciate the fact that we were not charged extra for our 5 year old child. The buffet breakfast was good, very crowed though and a bit unorganised (i.e. tables were not cleaned properly in between guests). Also, the hotel could use a renovation, rooms were kind of old and worn. Cleanliness could also be improved, superficially it was o.k., however behind furniture showed that cleaning was not thourough. Still, for the special rate, it was absolutely o.k.. would never pay the full rate, though.

Rooms were dusty. Some lights didn't work. Bathroom in lobby area a mess. Overall the property is a bit worn out looking and feeling. But good location. Convenient from airport. Staff is pretty friendly.

The buffet breakfest was good but the restaurant was really crowded every day (too small room for so big hotel). The room was big enough but the furniture was old and not very clean. The price is twice what would you expect for such a thing ...
