Sep 2007: spent 4 days at the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel. Pros: wireless internet, full gym just outside the door, excellent staff, and convenient location to all of Helsinki. Cons: don't expect to access your wireless email and the staff is unaware of any email server settings to help, the gym is not part of the hotel so there's an additional fee, and the business center is minimal but adequate for basic needs. Generally, I was very happy with the SAS Royal, the location is very near everything, and the staff is outstanding at any time of day or night. I'm not a frequent business traveller ...
