Non-smoking rooms should be asked upon booking or at reception desk - some of the rooms are real smokepipes. Wifi is available on three floors only, and broadband acsess in rooms requires professional help to let it work. Room cleaniness depends on maid on duty - don't hesitate to complain to reception desk. Lobby bar is good an inexpensive. Breakfast with various choice for this money. Everything in Old town and centre is within 10-15 minutes walk - no need for taxi, which is the most expensive in the town (they use their own Tallink taxi)

Hotel has everything you can expect there and even safety box in the room and hairdryer. Though som things which are declared, like Internet access, may appear unavailable. Personal is caring bur\n not equally qualified. Room may be clean one day and half-clean another. Checking out at night may cause problems - night shifts are less experienced. Buffet could be of better variety for this money. Lobby bar is OK. Cleaning of rooms is unstable, furniture looks like worn-out, though the hotel is quite new. WIFI on floors 1, 2 , 5 - works OK. broadband in the room needs professional assistance. Right in the centre of everything - real walking distance everywhere. 10-15 minutes to airport (not in rush hours), all the rest on foot. Pirita beach - 20 minutes by taxi.
