Would have got excellent for the room, but due to the location of the hotel, the noise level was quite high on the weekend, but there is not much the hotel can do about that. Otherwise a good spot to stay in close to the station and all the attactions. Lovely bathrooms too. A HotelTravel.com Member, United Kingdom
Unfortunately, our room was opposite a Nightclub and I don't think that the aluminium windows were double glazed so it was very loud.
The room was very clean. Although the standard of the room was generally good, the electricity was controlled by the Keycard and therefore the Heater was Off whilst we were out, making the room very chilly when we got back. There was no heating in the bathroom which also felt chilly. The shower was fab, the room was very clean. There was not a restaurant as such but the continental buffet breakfast was good. There was a small bar / coffee lounge area downstairs.
Any requests we dealt with very well. Bar / Coffee Area in reception. Continental Buffet Breakfast - English Breakfast could be ordered at a supplement but whilst we were there we didn't see anyone have it so it may be sitting in the warmers quite some time. There was a Large TV in reception. Our room was opposite a nightclub so it was very noisey at night. The hotel was situated close to the centre. A short walk away from the train station A HotelTravel.com Member, United Kingdom
