This hotel dates back to the late 17th century and is one of the earliest brick houses built in the Stratford area. With its own river frontage, it is perfectly situated for an afternoon boating trip, or a leisurely stroll along the banks of the Avon before heading to the theatre, just a five minute walk away. At the Swans Nest there is the River Bar and the informal Cygnet Restaurant with pre-theatre dinners and, after an unusually long performance, 24-hour room service.
