Fabulous converted Refuge Assurance building into hotel. Beautiful high ceilinged room maintaining old features but with all the essentials you expect from a modern hotel.

Very poor service at bar, restaurante and bar area is open plan, so ciggarette smoke drifts over restaurante whilst you are eating! Otherwise room was ok and location was good.

Very good location. The room was clean but could do with updating. The staff were friendly. The food in the bar was very overpriced for what you got and the service could have been better. I would stay there again but would not use there bar/resturaunt.
