Everything was very good and the staff were always helpful. I have no criticism about anything except for the bed which was a little uncomfortable. But I would have no hesitation about returning in the future for another stay....

Very good overall,excellent food the room was cleaned to a high standard although the bathroom looked a little tired. The staff were very helpful and very polite. Well situated for tube and transport, a hotel we would recommend ,and would stay at again.
