I had asked for an early check-in (which has ALWAYS) been available on previous visits but was told in no uncertain terms that the room was not available until 2.00pm. The girl behind the counter made no effort whatsoever to accomodate my wishes and I can't believe that the hotel was full on a Tuesday in February!
