Our stay at this hotel was excellent. We were upgraded to a Jr. Suite at no extra charge. The room was large and modern. There was a lot of storage space which was important since we were traveling for two weeks and we stayed at this hotel for six days. Location was excellent - close to two tube stops and within walking distance of many tourist attractions, restaurants and theaters. The one negative was that because it was so centrally located (one block from Trafalgar Square) it was noisey - lots of traffic noise and Saturday night there was a lot of commotion from a big concert in Trafalgar ...

The one negative was that because it was so centrally located (one block from Trafalgar Square) it was noisey - lots of traffic noise and Saturday night there was a lot of commotion from a big concert in Trafalgar Square. Breakfast was included with our rate and it was served in an architecturally beautiful room - very quiet, staff service was polite and efficient. Room service (used just once for ice) was prompt and pleasant. Concierge desk was helpful when we had questions.
