The Ramada Encore is a great hotel and I found the staff to be helpfull and very friendly. Very spacious, modern room with a nice spacious bathroom. However if your trip is a vacation to London, be aware that the Ramada is not close to the city center and that it takes almost 45 minutes to get there by Underground. But if you don't mind that I highly recommend this hotel....

Im Restaurant wird ssiatisch bis bodenständig angeboten. Habe nur einmal da gegessen und das war sehr gut. Hervorragende Zimmer, Parkettboden statt Teppich, sehr schönes Bad mit steinernen Bodenplatten. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Gefallen: nahe der U-Bahn, die direkt ins Zentrum führt (20 Minuten) / Nicht gefallen: schnell von der Stadt ins Hotel und weider zurück ist viel Aufwand.
Ins Hotel kommen, auch Nachts war ok. berall sind Schilder, das die Gebäude bewacht werden, was den Eindruck erweckt, das es auch Probleme geben könnte. Ist aber nichts aufgefallen.

A very modern and clean hotel. Well worth the money. Great breakfast included in the price.
Drinks from bar not too pricey either which is surprising for a london hotel.
Liked it so much booking again for March. Hope they can accommodate me with a triple room.
