The location was fantastic! Only half a block from the tube with a proper grocery store and choice of banks on the corner. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens and world class museums. I loved the V&A.The place was very clean. As a woman traveling alone I felt secure, which is important. When I arrived about breakfast time feeling ill with jet lag they were able to provide me with a bed to crash on. Thanks much!...

The main problem was the air conditioning system. Even with the unit switched off a low rattling sound persisted from the unit throughout the night. A change of room didn't solve the problem

The rooms are really small but clean, the staff is friendly but not very educated and professional. The business centre consists of 2 internet terminals, which are free.
