Having stayed at this hotel about ten times over the last few years, I was surprised to see the standards have dropped considerably while the prices were much higher than for past stays. The room was shabby with worn carpets and stained furniture. The bar in the room was not stocked at all. Upon checking out, the clerk asked whether I enjoyed my stay. When I replied that I was dissatisfied, she did not even bother to find out why not. I actually asked her if she wasn't intersted in my views why she asked the question in the first pace.
