Hotel travel confirmed by email that I was staying at the Radisson Berkshire hotel. This was the hotel i requested. On check in, there was no booking for us and they had switched our hotel without my knowledge to another Radission in a different location.After travelling close to 24 hours from Australia I was extremely annoyed at this switch. I would never use this website again.
