Near Marble Arch station and bus stops. Near Oxford Street for shopping. Rather central location. Lots of restaurants nearby + night shop. Hotel & breakfast correct for the price.

The room was very small, and old. The carpet and the wallpaper were dirty.The channels on tv didn't work. The bathroom was clean.There were dirty socks on the top of the cupboard.the breakfast was included but it was no choice, the croissants were not fresh, the orange juice awful, the tea low quality...
The breakfast was awful : no choice, bad products. The receptionist wasn't very helpful except the indian one. The hotel is well located closed to the main shops.
the subway was at 5 minutes from the hotel.

Superb location makes this hotell to a good choise. You do not choose this hotell for any other reason. When you visit London for a few days off you need a bed and a bathroom and the possibility for breakfast. The Palace provides you with that, nothing more nothing less.
