this is our second time in this hotel this year and would definitely stay again. good location, short walk to tube, bus across road into centre. Very good breakfast and staff pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable rooms with very good facilities. good size of room, comfortable. nice bathroom etc. very good for 2 adults/2 children, 2 tvs, internet connection. gym, business facilities, internet room.nice public areas. only had breakfast which was very good and good choices for food. bedrooms and public area very clean. don't think hotel provide entertainment, theatre next door. beside tube and a...

this is our second time in this hotel this year and would definitely stay again. good location, short walk to tube, bus across road into centre. Very good breakfast and staff pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable rooms with very good facilities. good size of room, comfortable. nice bathroom etc. very good for 2 adults/2 children, 2 tvs, internet connection. gym, business facilities, internet room.nice public areas. only had breakfast which was very good and good choices for food. bedrooms and public area very clean. don't think hotel provide entertainment, theatre next door. beside tube and across road from bus. nice walk into centre if you like to walk. tube and buses adjacent. Concierge will call taxi for you.
Only problem was fire alarm which went off at 3am on this occasion and there was quite some confusion. When alarm actually went off, it came on and off on a number of times again. This also happened on our last stay earlier this year!
Other than that only other issue we had was with the air conditioning, was'nt sure if it actually worked.
However would recommend hotel to anyone, business/leisure
