All staffs of Master Robert Hotel are good and friendly. The restaurant staffs are especially polite. Their food was good, and every morning I enjoyed my breakfast. Somewhat noisy because its location is near Heathrow. However, from midnight till 6 am it's very quiet, and so it's bearable. Transportation from/to the hotel is fair, and the H91 bus takes you to underground stations(Hounslow west and Osterley) in a few minutes from the hotel. If you like to walk, that's a good pedestrian course. Anyway I'd like to book in this not-expensive hotel again. I have a good memory about the hotel.
