We had a very pleasant stay and would return to this hotel next time we are in London, good location, staff helpful and always ready to please.The breakfast and room service was excellent.Room sizes particularly good for a London hotel and we were upgraded without having to ask. Great hotel! I booked a std room and was nice. The continental breakfast (included in the reservation) is good and served in very beatyful room, just in front of the italian funtains of hyde park. So near to Paddington station (you can walk to the hotel). Go there!
