Very nice and coisy hotel. We enjoyed very much our stay and we will go back next time we go to London. The room was small, but very nice view (Kensington Garden). Maybe some chairs need new material. We missed a little fridge.
As we did not search for pool, fitness centre etc. it was okay for us.
Staff very friendly. Except the coffee (that was not the best one), the breakfast was good. The location is just great!...

This was our second visit to this hotel and I am sure we will keep coming back. It is friendly, clean and convenient. It is very quiet at night.
