Confortable hotel located in one of the best district of London. Tube station just from few steps, as well as interesting shops, restaurantes, cafés. The rooms are too small for money paid and leak of amenities and some extras like mini bar. However, somo facilities like daily coffee and tea are available at the room and included in price. Average cleanliness.

Rooms are shoe box size - okay for one person but not two with luggage - and the carpets a little grotty but otherwise clean rooms. It's difficult to understand the accents of most of the staff because the majority of them aren't native English. They were kind enough to store some of our baggage whilst we were on a coach tour. The hotel is in a quiet area but within a short walking distance of buses and trains. I'd stay there again. Room to small if sharing... okay for one person.

the bathroom especially the bathtub was very dirty and musty and that was really disgusting and the window wasn´t closing so it was very drafty.
