The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, sorting out a problem where hoteltravel.com booked my reservation but put my name down as Chinese! I've no idea how that happened, but the hotel staff sorted it out by phoning the local rep, which didn't involve me having to phone anyone. The hotel room was basic, but clean and ensuite with all the usual facilities, but no minibar/fridge. The restaurants are well styled, with helpful staff and the food is of a high standard and excellent value for money for London. All in all, a positive experience....

I thought that Jury's was excellent value for money and there was a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were also quite nice and very clean. Jury's is a very short walk from the Angel tube station which takes you into the centre in just a few minutes. I would recommend it to anyone!
Very clean room and nicely decorated. Not too small. The staff were usually very pleasant and helpful but the odd time, there were those who couldn't have been bothered to make any effort. Food lovely and homely atmosphere in bar.
The room was extremely clean and we encountered no problems regarding cleanliness in the rest of the hotel. Accesible entrance (by taxi) and reception and garden very pretty and well looked after. Fine room for our needs but bed a bit hard! Carpets spotless and towels clean and v white! Breakfast fine but cooked breakfast not available without token. Hotel bar nice but smoky! Nice wines served by the glass. Close to Islington High St for restaurants and Angel tube for travelling, however station was closed that weekend for engineering works, next station Kings Cross, approx 15-20 min walk.
On the hotel voucher according to our rate, 'breakfast' was included. However on arrival in the dining room we were told that only a 'continental' breakfast was available to us. While this was adequate, we would have liked the option of a cooked breakfast also for which a token was required. This was not made clear when I was booking the hotel.
