The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was quite good, continental or full, included with room, and the staff were very helpful. The location was nice, but was a 10 min. walk or bus ride to the tube, then required a change at Earl's Court that what sometimes a bit time consuming. I would still recommend it for groups and families for a holiday in London....

The staff at this hotel seem to be inexperienced. They lost our laundry and had to mail it to our home in the states. The hotel does not have a dedicated concieirge but instead relies on the staff behind the counter. Consequently, when you ask about London city tours they refer you to a stack of brochures in a rack. Furthermore, the hotel is a 40 minute walk from an underground station so getting around London from there is difficult. We used this hotel because they were the takeoff point for a European tour; hence we assumed they were tour savy. Nothing could be further from reality. I would not use this hotel chain again.

very good value, bar food good and well priced. Breakfast good. Location quiet but up and coming location with a lot of new development. Get C3 bus across the road to Earls Court for access to underground. Would certainly go back
