Good price for city center in London. Room was tiny but clean though. TV was broken and noone fixed it. No towels on room when I arrived and it took them 2 hours to bring some....

the most horrible bed, we literally woke up each morning with cramps in our legs, awful mattresses. Also a lot of noise from the room upstairs, it seemed like those children were going to fall from the ceiling. There was a problem to open the door of the room it always got stocked, and we noticed the same problem with other rooms in the floor, we asked for help because the first time it happened we thought the card key was not working and the bell boy who came to help made remarkable commentaries mucking us since we did not know how to open a door, pretty unpleasant and rude.

Impressive Building but in my opinion this hotel is not really a 4 star hotel: the rooms are small with old windows without insulation. It was impossible to efficiently close them and an important noise was coming from the parking area below. Poor Continental breakfast.
