Booking in procedure was a nightmare. We had a voucher to produce with a booking number. For some reason our reservation did not appear on the hotel computer. We were kept waiting 1 1/4 hours which meant we were late for an appointment in Covent Garden with friends. We were frustrated and this spoiled the beginning of our weekend break.Apart from this the hotel was really good and we would stay again.

It is the 5th time that I am staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well furnished.The hotel is well located and is just opposite a big shopping centre and the underground station is only one minute walk from hotel.

This hotel is good value for a family overnight stay(breakfast included). ..but I was surprised to find NO hot waterfor a shower in the morning, and was told it was because it was all used up.. at 8.30am!!!!!
