Ideal location for Wembley and Wembley Arena, no more than 5 minutes walk to each venue. Not a great looking hotel from the outside but pleasant enough inside. The checkin took a long time because only two people were working at the time, but once we got there they were very friendly and service minded. Stains on the carpet and a broken shelf, but other than that a very nice and fresh room! The breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC and the staff was very friendly and service minded. Great value for the money! We will definitely be back. We stayed at the Wembley Plaza because we attended a concert at Wembley Arena. The location was excellent! But, there wasn't any good shopping within walking distance, at least not that we could find...

The room was very comfortable and clean, plenty of hot water too!! The windows were faulty and could be opened fully. The restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. My visit was only spoiled by the large number of Wembley Stadium workers staying there. Unfortunately some were drunk and shouting out of their windows until the early hours. I will not be in a hurry to return now. Well placed for my conference at Wembley. The tube was handy too.
