Arrival, the receptionist took 5 min to find me in the system, then she said, welcome to the hotel, do you want a smoking room. I said yes please, as you can see on the voucher, looking in the system again and after 2 min. We don't have anymore smoking rooms, you have to wait till tomorrow. When I was in the non smoking room after 10 min she called and said it will be monday before she had a smoking room. I was very confused because they have one floor for smokers and I already did make the reservation in June as you know. After speaking to someone else(who was not friendly at all and kept talking) I got the smoking room on Saterday. Very unpleasant.But as I travelled alone, I don't like to have breakfast in the restaurant, but want to take in to my room, from saterday till wednesday it was alright. But thirsday there were other receptionists at the restaurant and they were making a fuss about me having breakfast in my room, because that was not allowed by their manager and I had to ask roomservice.
After a long en very unpleasant conversation from those people they finally allowed me to take it upstairs.Anyway, it is a very good hotel as such, the rooms are fine, so are the cleaning ladies, but the other ones, most of them are not very friendly en they speak English very poorly.
