The hotel is a short walk from the underground station. It has spacious room, which is rare in London, and nice breakfast area. The room is quiet, not facing a main street. Very satisfied....

The only negative aspect of this hotel was the bed.
The bed was very hard and resulted in a bad nights sleep.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Hotel was clean with good sized rooms and nice bathroom.2 points: internet access is provided in rooms and in the reception however it costs £6.50 per hour which is extortionate. (free wireless is provided in the pub next door). Also, there was only one power socket in the bedroom which was positioned by the desk; however it was far from the mirror and so I couldn't use my hair straighteners.

My wife and I found the hotel to be in a good position allowing us access to two different train lines, and there were plenty of reasonable eating facilities close by. The beakfast included in the cost was excellent.

Nice clean rooms, good location: 3 metro-lines!! on walking distance. Breakfast poor: no meat, cheese or eggs, only honey and jam, but enough toast. We would stay there again and we can recomand this hotel to all>

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in many years of travelling in many countries. We asked to change room after the first night because of so many problems, and our second room was hardly better. It was mid winter in London, and our biggest problem was the heating- it was totally inadequate. The heating source was a very small electric panel heater on the wall, and every morning this was completely turned off by the cleaner, so when we retuned at night the room was ice-cold. It was only after running the hairdryer (unusually for this place rather efficient!) in the room for an hour that we could take our coats off.
In the first room the bedside lamps would turn themselves off after a couple of minutes- it was only the main room light which worked according to our wishes. Several of the advertised tv channels weren't available on the tiny tv.
In both of our in cold, unheated bathrooms the showers would suddenly run very cold or almost scalding hot at random moments. The toilet paper and plastic glasses usually weren't replaced, and we were only given one small bath towel and two very small hand towels for two adults. Make sure you take your own shampoo and soap as there will only be that awful plastic bottle of Dove soap on the wall
I have chronic athsma and COPD, and due to the obvious total lack of hoovering in the room, my health status has been poor for some time after this stay. I had requestd an allergy-friendly room, but when I asked if

A comfortable hotel with parking facility in London. Close to shops and tube station with easy access to all attractions. Good buffet style breakfast included in the price. Everything was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful.

I must admit this hotel is spotless clean, and of course as they emphasis they have powerful shower. The beds are comfortable, the room are a little bit cozy and small. However few drawbacks that really make this stay not worth it at all time.
I stayed for almost a weeks in early April.First of all the hotel has very sensitive fire alarm,it sets off twice very early in the morning thoughout my 6nights stay.Once was when some people didnt know their toaster can only put one bread at a time and get too smokey. If only they replace the toaster....
Secondly, their staffs are generally very kind, exlcuding this indian girl i met(no offence to indians, just so happen this one is indian origin),her name is meena or meana,i can't remember. She gave me the impression she is there to answer phone calls and a few questions, she is not suppose to do anything else due to shortage of manpower.I asked for a replace of boiler ,she response LATER(she was busy with other customers) .The second time i asked for it she response you really want it now? What the heck is this attitude, i won't ask for it now if i want it to be replaced tomorrow. Then she said is late now, and there are no maintainance fellows in the hotel until tomorrow morning. Can you wait till tomorrow.Of course she didn't do anything the next morning.
They have this tv in the room, where you can check you email, by paying around2-3pounds per hour, but is only for email checking not surfing.Unfortunately the mouse who come with th

This was my first stay booked through hoteltravel.com and I must say that I am thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The staff was extremely friendly and effective, the rooms are very spacious. Just down the corner from the hotel there is a good pub (The Plough and Harrow) that serves good pub food till 11 pm for very reasonable prices.
