Rated #191 for all London hotels
The Location of the Hotel is actually the best you can find in order to see London. The Lobby is very interesting, in terms of the aesthetics, but a little cold for my taste (i mean the actual temperature). The Hotel facilities and the personnel are great. The food of the Rhodes Restaurant is very very good. The only problem was that the room was relatively small....

overall, we were really satisfied with our stay. the reception area is very modern, clean and big. the room however is a little bit small compared to other hotel. breakfast is good as there are variety of choices. the location is perfect. only 2 minutes to the nearest railway station and located right in the corner of oxford street and hyde park. only few minutes walk to the major shopping area like selfridge, etc.

We would not stay here again cannot believe it has 4 stars . We booked a double room , was given a twin and was told we neened to pay another £30. to get a double bed !!! Breakfast was very 2 star in a room that looked like a work canteen and our room didnt even have a bath . We have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels all over the world we would give this 3 stars on a good day .

I think the environment was excellent and the location perfect for those who want to do shopping and know London, but i believe there is a little bit contraversey, because some will love it some will hate it. Me an my wife loved it.
