Crowne Plaza London - St. James, five minutes from Buckingham Palace, is an excellent accommodation choice. With its own tranquil courtyard and beautiful Victorian facade, beautiful, well-appointed rooms and suites, its a true home awayfrom home for many.

We liked most the friendliness of the staff and the quality of breakfast. The lifts gave systematic problems.

We had a nice room but a very poor view and the noise of the air conditioning plant outside the window prevented us from sleeping. We did ask to change the room, but were shown a less attractive one. With an air conditioning plant this noisy, double glazing would be required.
