Very good hotel, no noise, near to Paddington station and connection to Heathrow airport.

Standard room was a size of a shoebox, we couldnt even open our suitcases. Room needed a lick of paint ten years ago. Our A/C unit leaked all over the carpet but at least they changed us to a much larger room. Cant see how this hotel was given a 4 star rating, was pushing a 2 star at best. Room way too small for a double bed, carpets dirty, stains on pillows. breakfast/restaurtant best part of hotel, modern & clean. not a smile from any staff member. breakfast and evening meal was tasty. musty smell everywhere, needs updating a lick of paint. only 15 min walk to city centre. bus stops & taxi's close by.

The hotel should have better and more reasonably price internet services.
