My hotel room was great. It had an awesome view. Updated bathroom. Plenty of towels. The front desk was very helpful. The location was on a quiet street but still near the tube and buses. I will stay there again....

The hotel was nice. Very good continental breakfast buffet-style, with toasts, ham and cheese, cereals, jam, butter, milk, coffee and tea, juice... a good way to start the day. Also a coffee maker is available at the room. The room was cosy and clean. But the bathroom was extremely small and tiny, unconfortable to use for a "normal-sized" person. Excellent location, near Paddington tube and train station and several buses. Friendly staff. We were allowed to leave our luggage after the check-out until the time for our flight late in the afternoon.
The only problem we found is the extremely small bathroom. At least it was clean and private (no need to share it with unknown people).
We also missed to obtain a London map at the concierge; but it was not available at all. A good place to rest and sleep after visiting London.
We were happy at this place, that we found confortable, clean and well-located.

It was really good. I only do not understand, why in such small room put 3-d bed? And in my order I asked smoking room, but in hotel smoking is prohibited at all. At the mornings was noisly from cars, but after London walks it was not a problem. Aleksandra.

We were very happy with the service and room provided and thought that we got good value for money except that the sheets definitely needed upgrading, and the breakfast room was freezing cold.

No wireless conections for internet.No internet posibilities.The Worse; No internet for the receptionist?, They could not help me to find phonenumbers in London, No phonenumber for infocenter getting phonemumbers in London or England. No help to find adresses for concerts in London with reference to Time Out. This was bad, and only that was bad. Any way I like this hotel.

This hotel suited my purposes. It was clean, comfortable, close to amenities and situated in a pleasant area of London. The concierge was extremely friendly, courteous and most helpful. The only downside to my stay was the rather unhealthy and poorly presented breakfast. Overall, the hotel was fine and I intend staying there again next trip to London.

The hotel is near the Hyde Park and the next tube station can be reached in a minute. Breakfast was poor, but if you're in London for sight-seeing and you do not spend much time in hotel, it's perfect.

A very well placed hotel in walking distance to Paddington. Perfect if you need to catch your plane from Heathrow. Nice restaurants around.
Not luxury, lots of stairs but perfect for a short business trip.
