The location of this hotel was excellent close to all of the attractions and public transports to anyway in london, in very good and quiet area .
The staff in the hotel were very friendliness, they help us in evry questions and support us evry time we need .
The food (continental breakfast ) was good, when we need something they let us evrything.
But sorrowful, the furnishings, the blankets, the T.V. and bathroom, were tattereds but the size of the room were Excellent, (for 2 adults + 1 child) the hotel supply us 2 big rooms connected...

Second stay in 2007:
Fire evacuation exellent.
unfortunately, male staff in reception unprofessionel and unknown to english language. Female reception and cleaning assistents very kind.
Unfortunatly, bathroom-temperature out of control in room no 111.
Compared to our first stay in march, standard lowered in september.
Anyway, we give the hotel another chance for the third time due to the location.
