Room was very warm and we were unable to get the air conditioning to work below 20 C. It was explained that the system was still on the winter setting. Unable to sleep properly because of the heat. This system needs an urgent review. Overall hotel was very convienent and comfortable. The food and service in the resturant was very good as was the friendly and efficient service....
