As a strength and conditioning specialist, I must say that your staff at the gym maintain high standards of hygene as far as the maintenace of the pool and locker rooms. Your fintess centre though has to maintained a lot more. I have seen cables on the variable resistance machines that had their rubber sleeve weared off. The machines need to be lubricated more often. Further more, some of the aerobic training equipment has to serviced and calibrated again. To be specific one of the precor machines. In case of an emergency that would be too late. The ventlilation of the room has to be improved. During the time of peak hours the temperature was high and the humidity as well.
